As the owner-operator of SVL since 2020, I've retained my position while strategically shifting my focus towards marketing and operations management. My journey in the landscaping industry began in 2019 with small cleanup and maintenance projects. Over time, we've evolved our scope of work to specialize in custom outdoor spaces, including custom patios, retaining walls, and more. Passion for Landscaping: "I was inspired to start my business early because of my love for being outdoors and being in a less corporate work environment. As we have transitioned into more hardscape and outdoor transformation I have feel in love with the little details and design of our over work. I strive for perfection and am always looking to learn new skills." Favorite Projects & Approach to Design: "NOTHING compares to a customers reaction after taking their blank space transforming it into a timeless outdoor area." Favorite Project: "My favorite project at SVL is our current project on Sand Lake, repairing a previous contractors error. This project is extensive ranging from large resting walls to unique fire pits and patios." Deisgn Approach: "I approach design from a practicality stance. Find what the customer needs and can’t live with out then transform it into something unique, clean, and built to last!"

With over 20 years in the landscaping industry, Keith Bryant brings a wealth of experience to SVL. Formerly the owner of a thriving landscaping business, as well as having completed projects in some of the most prestigious locations in the USA, Keith's journey includes 15 years of successfully operating in the Tri-State area. In 2020, due to Covid restrictions, he closed his business and joined SVL, where he has been professionally designing landscapes and water features for the past decade. Passion for Landscaping: "My passion for landscaping, hardscape, and water features have come from my dad - I built my first patio when I was 9 years old - learning a skill from my father that eventually turned into a rewarding career." Favorite Projects: "This may sound misleading - but all of the project's that we have completed since joining SVL have elements that I would consider my favorite - I get to design an ordinary yard into someone's dream come true. If I had to pick my favorite elements, I would have to choose a 3 tier waterfeature I designed and our guys installed for a customer in Shoreland, Ohio." Approach to Design: "There are many aspects of designing landscape/hardscape that come into consideration- what will the space be used for - is the customer open to design elements or are they looking for functionality. Regardless of what I may consider to be more important- ultimately it is the customer's yard and their vision is more important than my own. I will do what I can to help guide the customer to making the best decisions possible for their space and their budget. We do everything we can to work with customers to be able to help them bring their visions to life. Designing for a customer is not black and white it's options are as endless as their imagination- I hope with every design that I can show them in 3D their ideas and dreams come together and our installers can bring it all to life."

With six years of experience in the landscaping industry with his good friend and boss Sam Kale. Nate takes pride in overseeing projects and ensuring they align with the high standards set by SVL, working closely with our dedicated team, Nate's role is to guarantee a seamless execution of landscaping projects. Background: "My journey began with hands-on experience in manual labor jobs alongside my father, specializing in hardscape and brush clearing. Over the years, I have honed my expertise through tackling progressively larger projects, learning and perfecting specifics along the way." Passion for Landscaping: "I was always drawn to working outside and being able to create outdoor living spaces for family’s entertainment. It’s always a treat to see how thrilled customers are when we finish projects for them and allow their ideas to come to life." Skill Set: "My expertise begins to grow day after day as we tackle larger jobs and find ourselves learning and perfecting specifics as we go. I find my skill set being prominent in hard scape, such as laying patios and building large scale retaining walls as well as plant suggestion and design."

As the 2nd Foreman and Crew Member at SVL, Parker brings nine years of diverse experience in the landscaping industry. His role involves contributes to the success of various projects, ensuring precision, and maintaining exceptional quality throughout the process. Passion for Landscaping: "What initially inspired me to pursue a career in the landscaping industry was seeing it as a successful business in the family and wanting to pursue it as well. The aspects of landscaping I would say that I love the most are creating something useful and beautiful for the customer based on their ideas and inspirations unique to their project. I enjoy the process of completing projects from start to finish with the initial illustrated design and finally completion of the project, as making the abstract idea come to life is very rewarding for me." Favorite Projects: "My favorite project is currently be wored on at Sand Lake. It has been a tough but rewarding job, rebuilding 10-15 ft retaining walls on a big slope, but the job will look beautiful when done. Particular projects that I like to work on would be installing patios, I enjoy the different patterns and designs that come with them." Design Approach: "When it comes to designing projects, Keith does a great job. However, there are instances of on-the-job changes, and we typically make decisions on those as a team. When envisioning the design of an outdoor space, I aim to create a well-thought-out, functional area that harmonizes with the surrounding nature—a space with the capacity to entertain and provide relaxation"
